2009 Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc

Rich fruitness and firm acidity, which adds to an extended aftertaste. Semillon 55% and Sauvignon 45%.

2009 Sauvignon Blanc

Fresh tropical furit aromas with herbaceous and mineral characters, and subtle fragrances of spring blossoms.  Ripe pear and summer fruits combines with hints of green and some minerality on the palate.

2009 Chardonnay

A delicate lightly oaked Chardonnay with orange blossom and hints of oak on the nose. The palate shows a rich, creamy texture balanced by crisp, fresh acidity.

2008 Gouverneurs Semillon

Pale straw colour with lime tint.  Upfront minerality, as well as delicate orgnage blossom and almond flavours.With a bit of time in the glass, the wine opens up to show flavours of green pepper and subtle hints of ripe summer fruit.

2008 Constantia Rood

Elegant blend of berry fruit choclate and spice from the Shiraz, Pinotage and Merlot . The Cabernet lends cassis fruit.  Ready for consumption, but will mature well over the next 3 years.

2007 Shiraz

Wonderful flavours, with hints of spice and smokiness pepper and currants. Good fleshy fruit backed by firm tannins.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon

Full bodied wine with loads of ripe black currant characters.

2006 Gouverneurs Reserve

Flagship wine of the Estate.  A blend of 4 classic Bordeaux varieties. Cabernet Sauvignon 49%, Merlot 31%, Cabernet Franc 15% and Malbec 5%. Very deep intense red colour. On the nose one finds a lot of ripe rich flavours, dark chocolate, ripe plums, hints of cigar box and slightly charred. The rich flavours follow through on the palate.

2004 Cap Classique

Rich golden colour with a fine mousse.  Typical yeasty nutty character, with a cranberry and plum twist and hints of rose petals and Turkish delight on the nose.

2008 Grand Constance

The wine has  typical Muscat characteristics enhanced by nuances of pinapple, raisins, apricots and honey.
A crisp acidity balances out the sweetness perfectly. This wine has amazing ageing potential but can also be enjoyed at a young age
